Chase Aarons, owner of The Frozen Spoon. He was Rae's ex-boyfriend and in spite of what the stubborn and fierce woman thought, he still loved her. He'd opened his store next to hers as a way for her to talk to him but she wasn't making things easy.
Raelynn had a plan in place to get back at Chase, she was going to get close to him again. Little did she know that her plan would backfire on her. When they both put all their cards on the table, she was shocked by his admissions.
After many misunderstandings and hurdles, they found their way back to each other.
BEST SERVED COLD is a standalone romantic comedy by Emma Hart. It was humorous, alluring and a must read. Two thumbs up!
The sprinkle coated hate-love fest between Chase and Rae was sooo addicting. I absolutely loved how hard Chase tried to win back Rae even if it was such a bad idea. The only bad thing about this book was the horrible craving for princess ice cream with glitter when you are done reading 😭 lol...
Well-paced and well-written, sexy and sweet, real and emotional with wonderful secondary characters this was yet another fabulous book from one of my very favorite authors. Enjoy!
